Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a Digital Product Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

I love every part of the web creation process – from analyzing user data to writing code – and making pixel-perfect icons. My approach to problem-solving is continually evolving, reflecting my commitment to constant improvement. Collaborating with content strategists, business analysts, product owners, and both front- and back-end developers is second nature to me. I thrive in cross-functional teams, leveraging my role as a user experience expert to champion user-centric design principles.

My journey into design is a unique one, influenced by being raised by two engineers who hesitantly supported my pursuit of design as a profession. While always recognizing my inclination toward the arts, it was in college, where I focused on design, that I discovered my love for the field. Armed with dual bachelor's degrees—one in Graphic Design and the other in Digital Media—I embarked on a journey that led me to a deep appreciation for user experience.

Beyond the pixels and prototypes, you'll find me in my kitchen during my downtime, experimenting with new recipes or perfecting the art of homemade pasta – but mostly chasing my two kiddos around the house.
